DescriptionWill be contributing team member for a major records auditing and scanning project. Will be responsible for reviewing, auditing, maintaining, editing, scanning and shredding files. Under regular supervision, performs clerical duties. Reports to Human Resources.
ExperienceRequires a high school diploma or GED equivalent with two (2) years of experience in clerical-administrative work; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Human Resources experience preferred.
Physical RequirementsMust be physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines including computers. Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, with periods of time spent manipulating files and will involve walking or standing for periods of time.
