Bones For Life ®

Bones for Life(R) is a movement program designed to stimulate bone strength through natural means, to “Put Spring in Your Step”.  Experience “Biological Optimism” by using simple tools like the wall, light weights and a simple cloth wrap.  Your posture, alignment and balance improve as the joy of walking increases.  These processes will be done sitting in a chair, standing, walking and on the floor on a mat.

Since the Bones for Life program is part of the broader Somatic Learning,   Heidi will often include  Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons.
