  2. SECOND PUBLIC HEARING: Regarding the amendment to the Parkway Group Planned Development District (PDD) Development Agreement creating Parcel 3/Building 4 at the Palmetto Coast Industrial Park for the Consumer Beverage Packaging and Distribution site
  3. ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: Amendment to Parkway Group Planned Development District (PDD) creating Parcel 3/Building 4 at the Palmetto 
     Coast Industrial Park for the Consumer Beverage Packaging and Distribution site and to authorize the City Manager to sign the document on behalf of the City
