A.    ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: Amendment to the Parkway Group Planned Development District (PDD) creating Parcel 3/Building 4 at the Palmetto Coast Industrial Park 

B.    ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: Amendment to Parkway Group Planned Development District (PDD) regarding the Development Agreement for the Consumer Beverage Packaging and Distribution site and to authorize the City Manager to sign the document on behalf of the City
