BUSINESS 2:00 PM

  1. A Resolution of the City Council for the City of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to approve the Notice of Removal of the City Manager in accordance with the South Carolina Code of Laws §5-13-70 and to approve the document entitled, “Notice of Removal Statement of Specific Reason(s).”
  2. A Resolution of the City Council for the City of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to place the City Manager on administrative leave with pay pending a final decision of the City Council to remove the City Manager pursuant to the requirements of §5-13-70 of the South Carolina Code of Laws and to name Assistant City Manager, Ryan Fabbri, as the Acting City Manager during the administrative leave time frame.

  • While seated in the back row of the Council Chambers
  • While standing behind the last row of seats in Council Chambers
