NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- The North Myrtle Beach City Council met in a regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, March 4, at 7 PM at City Hall.
The items below were on the consent agenda:
A. MOTION TO APPROVE: Myrtle Beach Tours Beach Games March 13–June 26, 2024 (APPROVED)
B. MOTION TO APPROVE: Ocean Drive Shag Club Beach Party on May 23, 2024 (APPROVED)
There were five items on the unfinished business portion of the agenda:
A. ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: Petition for Annexation and Zoning Designation for +0.19 acres on Little River Neck Road (APPROVED)
B. ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: Convey to First Baptist Church of North Myrtle Beach the City’s portion of the closed right-of-way known as Ashland Avenue (APPROVED)
C. ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: To authorize the City Manager, in conjunction with the Parks and Recreation staff, to establish rules for the City’s parks and recreational areas and facilities (APPROVED)
D. ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: Parking fee adjustment in city-owned public parking lots and rights-of-way (APPROVED)
E. ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: Amendment to the lease agreement between the City of North Myrtle Beach and Apex Water Park, LLC (APPROVED)

C. ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: Amendment to the Parkway Group Planned Development District (PDD) revising signage at Parcel 3/Building 4 of the Palmetto Coast Industrial Park (APPROVED)
D. ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: Amendment to the Parkway Group Planned Development District (PDD) creating Fire Station #7 (APPROVED)
E. ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: Amendment to the Tidewater Plantation Planned Development District (PDD) renovating and expanding the clubhouse (APPROVED)
