Same-Day Delivery facilities are finely curated to the areas and customers they serve, which means product selection varies by the city they are located within. They will fulfill, sort, and deliver orders all from one site. This will only elevate the shopping experience.
Mayor Hatley expressed her enthusiasm, stating, “This marks another significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to attract esteemed national companies to our City. With the addition of Amazon to our roster, we are poised for even greater growth and prosperity.”

Councilwoman Fontana further explained the diversification of jobs, “The job market for our area is heavily centered around hospitality and tourism. By bringing in businesses like Amazon, Pepsi, and UPS, we are broadening the job market. Amazon is expected to create 100 new, full-time jobs in North Myrtle Beach.”
The anticipated opening date for Amazon is late 2024.
