NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- The North Myrtle Beach City Council met in a regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, April 1 at 7 PM at City Hall.
The items below were on the consent agenda:
A. MOTION TO APPROVE: Wheel to Surf Event on May 18, 2024 (APPROVED)
B. MOTION TO APPROVE: Anderson Estep Memorial Surfing Competition on May 19, 2024 (APPROVED)
There was one item on the unfinished business portion of the agenda:
ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: Amendment to Chapter 22, Vehicles for Hire, of the Code of Ordinances of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina regarding vehicle immobilization devices (APPROVED)
Two new business items were addressed:
A. SECOND PUBLIC HEARING: Regarding the First Amendment to the Bahama Island Phase II Master Development Agreement
