North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex Expansion
Construction on the Park & Sports Complex expansion began in May 2024 and was completed in November 2025.
The first tournament hosted on the expanded fields took place in February 2026 and welcomed 70 teams from 14 states to the City of North Myrtle Beach.
This expansion enhances the City's ability to host larger tournaments, as well as multiple tournaments and special events simultaneously. Youth Sports participation continues to grow, particularly in baseball, softball, and soccer. The additional fields created through this project provide more opportunities for local youth to participate in organized sports.
