  1. RESOLUTION: To approve the City Manager Employment Agreement and to authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement on behalf of the city
  2. ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: To lease office space and to authorize the use of a portion of the pool and other areas of the Aquatic and Fitness Center to McLeod Seacoast Hospital
