This class is for kids ages 8 to 12 years old, designed to get children active and healthy in an exciting way. Children will learn Exercise Techniques and Principles with the use of free-weight equipment/fitness machines in a safe, supervised environment. Children will also learn speed, agility and endurance training to create a well-rounded Fitness Base. This is one class kids do not want to miss!
