  3. ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: A conveyance of approximately 0.16 acres to HTC in exchange for fiber optic services to City facilities
  4. ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: A conveyance of approximately 0.60 acres to Hillside Development, LLC in exchange for a drainage easement over property owned by Hillside
